Q: Why did my claim fail?

All reward claims will be automatically reviewed by the system. Failure to claim means that the system review standards were not met. The reasons may be as follows:
1. The number of people receiving today’s bonus has reached the daily limit.
2. The system detects that the user is registering by multiple accounts.
3. The system has detected the malicious behavior of users to obtain bonus.
If the system detects any of the above situations, the reward claim will automatically fail. Thank you for your cooperation!
4. The bonus can be viewed in "Assets" - "Reward Center", or the amount of bonus can be viewed in "Assets" - "Futures Account" - "USDT Currency".
5. Using multiple accounts to register or any malicious behavior to obtain bonus will result in all related accounts being banned.
6. Ourbit reserves the right for the final interpretation of this event. Accounts that engage in malicious arbitrage will be banned and all assets will be frozen.
1. The bonus can only be used for futures transactions, and the profit part can be withdrawn. The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn and will be automatically recovered after expiration.
2. The bonus can be used as a margin for trading, and can also be used to offset transaction fees, losses, and capital costs.
